By booking via the link above you agree to the possibility of a collection occurring any time between 8am to 5pm on your respective date. This process ensures we are able to create the most efficient routes possible for our logistics team. You cannot select a booking time for this reason.

FAQ

    • Denim (skirts, shorts, shirts, jackets, denim bags etc.)

    • Clothing (jackets, shirts, sweaters, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, pants etc.)

    • Shoes (in pairs only)

    • Active wear

    • Sleepwear

    • Baby clothes

    • Commercial linen

    • Commercial uniforms

    • Upholstery

    • Fabric scraps/off-cuts

    • Faulty/returned/dead clothing stock

    • Blankets, bedsheets, and bedding (including pillows and mattress protectors)


    Please note we don’t yet accept undergarments.

    • Minimum 10kg and maximum 100kg.

    • Please ensure all items are ready for collection in a sealed cardboard box or bag. Items that are not sealed will not be collected.

    • Please ensure boxes are accessible by our collections team and you have provided the team with any special pick-up instructions.

  • We provide contactless collections for all our customers. We request you keep your collection boxes in a safe and accessible location outside of your pick-up address.

    Please note, we do not take responsibility for any boxes left unattended outside before we’ve done the collection. Any loss, damage, or theft of packages left unattended outside the customer's address is beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for such incidents.

    We strongly advise you to ensure it is safe to leave your boxes outside, otherwise you may send through any special instructions for your collection to us at hello@after.net.au.
