  • We run our collections on a monthly schedule. You can book in your textile waste collection at any time on our website here. Collections occur on the last Monday of every month.

  • Our pricing is based on the number of kgs that’s collected. We have different prices for the different weight packages. Please find prices below:

    • Up to 5kg = $20

    • Up to 10kg = $35

    • Up to 15kg = $45

    • Up to 20kg = $60

    • Up to 50kg = $150

  • We recommend using 1-3 boxes depending the volume you’re recycling. We understand duvets and pillows can take up a bit of space.

  • Nope. We only ask you leave your boxes in a safe and accessible place for our drivers. You’re more than welcome to write “After” onto the box to ensure a smooth collection. Please note; After does not take responsibility for boxes going missing before they are collected.

  • Of course! Every time you recycle with us you are eligible for a Recycle Reward of your choosing. It’s our little way of saying thank you!

  • Our recycling partner, Textile Recyclers Australia (TRA) takes your clothing and transforms them into new materials and products. TRA send the collected textile waste to India where the textiles are converted to recycled yarn and carpet underlay. TRA are committed to keeping textiles out of landfill, whilst investing in circular solutions.

    We also work with our friends at Material Library of India to build innovative recycling solutions. These guys are focused on remodelling the use of industrial & agricultural waste materials by combining the knowledge and skills of traditional crafts with modern materials.

    At after, we believe textile waste is a global problem that can be best solved by international collaboration. As such, you can be assured that our recycling partner will adhere to strict zero wastage protocols.

  • We currently service Melbourne and Sydney metro areas. We do hope to expand nation-wide very soon, so stay tuned till we hit your city!

  • We will confirm your collection day at least 2 business days before your collection. We provide contactless collections for all our customers. We request you keep your collection boxes in a safe and accessible location outside of your pick-up address.

    Please note, we do not take responsibility for any boxes left unattended outside before we’ve done the collection. Any loss, damage, or theft of packages left unattended outside the customer's address is beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for such incidents.

    We strongly advise you to ensure it is safe to leave your boxes outside, otherwise you may send through any special instructions for your collection to us at hello@after.net.au.
